Smart casual fabrics by Pure Royale for everyday elegance
Among the new Pure Royale fabric collections revealed at ID Mumbai was Pure Casuals, which makes a compelling case for relaxed luxury
Pure Casuals, the latest collection from Asian Paints’ Pure Royale, is all about bringing informal elegance to everyday upholstery and drapes. The flagship offering of daily-use fabrics was the top draw among the Pure Royale collections that launched at ID Mumbai.
The collection focuses on enhancing comfort with well-designed pieces that add a touch of effortless sophistication to spaces. The range covers a wide colour palette, from earthy tones and browns to blues and greys. This variety, in prints, patterns and colours, makes it easy to mix and match different styles and build a décor story that’s unique to you.
The Pure Casuals fabrics are classified across four main ‘books’, each emerging out of distinct inspirations and colours. Pure Casuals 1 features fabrics in warm shades and natural hues. Woven with raw yarn, the breathable fabrics are durable, which makes them suitable for daily use. Mustard, terracotta and rust balance rose and blush colours in textured checks and striped upholstery fabrics and make up Pure Casuals 2. They work well if you want to add depth and vibrancy to modern homes. Whites and greys to complement bold stripes and sheers are part of Pure Casuals 3. The varied patterns and the sharp, stylish monochromatic palette add a contemporary, urbane vibe to spaces. The fourth collection (Pure Casuals 4) features indigo and shades of green to create serene interiors.
Other collections unveiled alongside this main attraction continue Pure Royale’s tradition of producing well-made and meticulously designed pieces. The versatile fabrics include Damask Story comprising damask jacquards, prints and embroideries. This range finds inspiration in vintage European estates and the rustic countryside. The Darwin Story features nature-inspired prints, weaves in earthy tones and embroidered drapes with botanical motifs. Lario brings drama with satin weaves, embroidered metallic jacquards and sheers that shimmer. Nouvel-Essentials 64’s structured weaves add depth to velvet fabrics, and lightweight Kelso Sheers are made from natural yarns.
The choices are many and come just in time for a festive home makeover.
